wow this is getting so frustrating... every time I hit 50k I get 1 person get through my whole house perfectly without scouting it first.... luck seems a bit off now. Happens EVERY time I hit 50k
This happened to me as well. 
I was around 60k and wasn't really "scouted" and got cleaned out, at least 2 times (maybe 3? I forget) by the same dude. I even changed my house around, moved the vault around too, and he went straight for the vault the 2nd time.

he robbed me again. I moved the safe and added onto my home and everything. I don't get it.. he comes into my house for 11 steps a couple times, and then he just goes straight to my safe. I have a large hallway of doors and many many pit bulls, and one of the doors leads to another hallway like that, you have to know the right path or you die. I would understand if he figured it out by trial/error, but the 2nd time I got robbed by him he just knew the correct path and did it. no one else has robbed me. ): and he's always there.

Hello,
I may be misunderstanding how the "house chills" work but I thought if you used any tools, you couldn't rob that house again? Sorry if I am misunderstanding. 
Anyway, I was robbed by a person named Ruben Allen Stewart many times since yesterday, he would usually pop in for 11 steps and then leave (he did this 4 times). The 5th time he came in he took 223 steps and came armed to the teeth with drugged dog meat etc and used a lot of tools, and basically figured out my house and left. Then he came back again with even more tools and successfully robbed my vault (for 31k..maaaan). And then he came back into my house a final time and made 11 steps. I thought the chills would prevent this sort of behaviour.. is it only if you die in the house? He never did die. I also notice he was, and is now #1 on the public list. He seems like he knows what he's doing!
