I am getting the same error also. looks like the ticket server is sending bad sql calls for accounts. Maybe there was a database change for an update or something?
Is there a webpage/site for support issues. I purchased the game but i have been unable to play. When my email is verified at the initial login an sql error is sent to the client. I will give it a day. not sure how long the user database is updated after a purchase. just wanted to know how we go about getting support in general though.
