Yeah, i just stared at the screen for a bit and blanked out, lol, this game probably shortened my lifespan at least a few days with all the stress wink

@ largestherb, looks like u took $233 from me! Please enjoy a good meal on me and toast to the 2 lucky guesses. Enjoy the painting as well, please remember me when you walk by the watermelon! ! !

Oh man, what a rollercoaster. Someone stole 240kish from me in the last 5 min! I got an email from jason saying i was the top house and somehow lost all my money at 4:55pm, i was so scared with all that cash, knew i would have a big target on my back.

Its kind of weird seeing a contest change game design rules with no prior warning at the last hour though, especially used as a crutch for the game design... not the fault of the contestant.

I tried robbing a house quickly after and died in the process, mix of shortened robbing timers & stress, oh well. Kudos though jason, you made an awesome game, honestly, haven't had a game wrench me this much for awhile... too stressful -- going to stop for a bit and breathe some fresh air! Congrats to all the winners!

If you're in the backpack screen or auction screen for too long while you're constructing your house, I believe that the game times you out for inactivity after awhile, causing vulnerability. My questions are:

1. If you're inside your backpack (while constructing a house) are you vulnerable to being robbed?
2. While inside the auction house for paintings, are you vulnerable to being robbed?

For the top 8 winners --  wondering if you need a total of 4 paintings or just 1 painting to make the 20x20 canvas? The pics on the website show that each canvas has 4 pictures in it and I was confused if we needed to buy 4 paintings or just 1. Thanks!

"STEAL REAL STUFF

In addition to the cash prize divided among all players, the top eight houses in the game at the contest deadline will also win two fabulous prizes each.

Real Paintings

Each of the top eight players will have their favorite, in-game painting transformed into a gorgeous 20x20 inch giclee-printed canvas. Vibrant colors, archival pigments, the whole nine yards. To enlarge these tiny 32x32 pixel paintings, each pixel will be an enormous 5/8 inch square on the canvas."
