I think it's a bit too low.

Before you would only new to kill a few fresh robbers in order to repair your house from an experienced robber.

Now you need many more times that even just to break even.

I think a copy paste function for house creation would be good.

There are times when I want to change out the layout/order of the traps I have, and if I wanted to do that, I would essentially have to recreate my entire house.

With copy/paste, you could easily just move sections of your house into different spots, and thus people are more likely to make more elaborate rooms, as it's easy to rearrange how you have your traps.

It also can be good making multiple rooms, or multiple traps (e.g Commit gates).

I think videos like that would be extremely helpful.

I've heard of things like magic dances, and I fundamentally understand know what it is, but I don't even know where to start on building one.

I think there should also be a guide to general wiring so people can experiment and try to make traps on their own.

You can try using something like FRAPS, BandiCam, Xsplitt, etc.

What do you guys think of something like a practice room?

There are a lot of thing I want to try creating, but I obviously don't have the money/knowledge to actually do it.

I think having a room where you can practice wiring, and mess with how traps work could be beneficial.

It obviously wouldn't carryover to your real room, but I think it would be nice to practice.

Right now there's a big disconnect between people who have been playing the game for a while, and the people who are just starting.

People who have been playing for a while, already know a bunch of typical trap layout, etc, and know the ideal way of dealing with all the traps.

New players have no idea what they're doing at times, and won't look up new information. I've gotten so many people with the doggie-door double commit into rooms with a bunch of commit gates, simply because they don't know how to deal with that trap.

So the game seems like it's impossible to the new player, but at the same time, seems easy to the veteran.

If the robber successfully robs you, or kills one of your family members, then you have to repair those damages.

If they die without killing any of your family, then you don't have to repair anything.

Is there any sort of wiring guide that really shows you how all the wiring works in the game?

I've read the wiki, but I've found many of the parts are unclear and confusing.

Really elaborate traps definitely require good wiring skills, so if there is one, I'd definitely want to learn.
