Just so I know.. this stream is silent right?
what do you mean by "peek map"?
AFAIK, it's 50% of what you have as cash (doesn't count tools) you have at time of robbery.
It might be an idea to build in commitment traps that cause your home to "save" at a point where its impossible for the next person.
Of course unless the robbery happens to be a 100% tunneling exercise, nothing much u can do about those (except use fewer wooden walls.
Aw, did you die?
Like a phoenix, we will all rise again.
You can adjust the speed of playback by changing the "enableSpeedControlKeys" flag in the settings folder to 1. This allows you to use the ^&*() buttons to adjust the speed - ^ is very slow, & is normal speed and ) is as fast as possible.
Doesn't do anything for me.

Ha! We share middle names.
I know it's you thanks to Jere!
Well, jere. You're going to be safe from me for a while now. I just died in a stupid way in a house I had practically solved =[.
You killed my daughter! (my first family!)
Ironically I posted this when I was at work earlier in the day.
Little did I know, what you were really doing!

You've inspired me.
Once my home falls, I'm going to start designing a house that I can "change" a few settings each time I loggin, so that what lets you pass one day will kill you the next, etc.
Dear Redxaxder;
I will meet you and my daughter in hell... I just died trying to find all the things you broke, apparently I missed a bit, and it killed me during self test.
My dear wife, until next life.

Send your email to mine and I'll tell all.
I don't get any of the electrical engineering aspects of this all, but if your effectively saying once you surpass the 32 loops, everything turns "off" then effectively you can "lock out" a section of the home if it's not solved within 30 steps of a button being pressed? or are these the sub-steps and not physical ones?
Animals move in certain order. I think it's Up, Right, Down, Left.
I didn't know that, Thanks!!!
You will end up with something like this:
I thought stepping onto the cat in a
You | Cat | Dog
scenario would lead to
Cat | Your Dead
doesn't the dog and cat move at the same time?
Seriously, I love watching this thread develop!
awesome research guys!

2nd part:
Just be careful about the pitbull if you get pass the magic dance.
I'm still trying to learn about animal movement/behaviour.
How does this part work?
i can't even begin to comprehend that layout red.
The tandem magic dance took a bit of thinking to work out, that's for sure!
how the actual balls do you solve it?
I've marked the more complex areas.
I have to say I'm really impressed Jere!
Panda, if you brick the windows the dogs will run into the pit. Use 1 pit and 1 panic button.

I haven't played around with animal movement much, so your saying panic buttons stop pet movement??
Information still leaks out with every visit, and you can't really prevent an attack by someone who stockpiles maps (instead of pooling everything in their own house).

Visit me. I'm Gregory Jeffrey Andrus. The front door of my house immediately requires more than just 1 ladder and 1 explosive to get through. It isn't a combo lock.
Don't trust him, he's trying to get you to fall into his traps!
haha
Screenshot or castledraft?
I love castledraft. can see it at work!
What about this version? I'm hoping this one is in field of view properly.
http://castledraft.com/editor/YwTSnV3 bricks, 2 water. Consider placing the chihuahuas out of brick range. Also, you can save money by using fewer power supplies.
Yea, I was wasting money, haha!
but 3 bricks, 2 water is assuming you know only 1 dog controls everything, the point is you don't know.
Updated for 4 tiles distance: http://castledraft.com/editor/zt24Fw
The top wire powered the 2nd, but anything connected to the 2nd network wont flow back up to the 1st.
E.g. if you want to wire a clock to trigger a 2nd power network, then have the clock connected the higher wires, and the 2nd network being the bottom wires.
I think the "rob for a loss" strategy
How is the financially sustainable?
Exiting the house via entry way results in death
You'd have to turn off the "Chills" timer?
OR you'd have to turn "visibility" on?
Quick Jere whats the best 3.8k house ever! just robbed a guy!!
LOL!!!
serious tip though... the best house is always one that's not been displayed on the internet
another serious note; the best house will always be the one you created yourself. (sense of self achievement)
I just saw a tape where I got the bounty of $200???
How does it work now?
@ukuko; Thank you.
Thank you very much!
I was searching all over castledraft.com to trying to find "credits" to see who I can thank for allowing me to steal away time at work to pre-design my home.
It was you all along.
Thank you!

without building this, as I don't remember where the "screen shifts", its based on the number of steps once the dog sees you and you walking into where the vault "should" be. If you down walk past the electric grate before the dog activates the power, your trapped.
Whilst it's very deceptive, and plays on your mind set when robbing, ("Oh dog! Run!" and "lets explore safe routes before going into commitment traps") anyone with $500 in tools is enough to totally brute force this trap.
2x drugged meats to sleep the dogs, and 3x water to give you free movement between vault and entrance.
I find this trap very smart from a psychological perspective! However from an anti-brute force perspective I would shy away from using it.
This makes things much easier!
Yeah, doing the chain robbing seems to be the way, but I went the other option, been slowly building my (preplanned) home for over a week now. always using up the cash that comes in (so high level player's ignore me).
If i get some cash when i get home after work I may be able to finish my creation.
Or maybe it's been razed to the ground. Who knows...
going to work each day make me worried... (just like the game was designed to do! )
