#26 Re: Main Forum » Anyone using Debian? » 2014-12-12 05:16:14

That could be a while.  Jason has moved onto his next game and I don't foresee any updates with TCD for a long time, if at all!  He's responsive to emails though, so if you can't get it to work...

#27 Re: Main Forum » Anyone using Debian? » 2014-12-11 17:41:18

The best person to ask would be Jason himself.  Send him an email and see what he can do.

I just took a peek inside the door.  It looks refreshing!  Your name is Chad Arthur Stahl.

#29 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-12-07 20:08:53

I've just had a look at my vids.  The last 19 people to set foot in my house all died.  Only Eppfel has passed the first trap correctly (how you worked out the correct route, I'll never know).  No one else has come close.  I'm building too much cash though - I don't know when I can get to a computer to change it.

#30 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-12-07 19:59:05

It took me a long time to *pause* my obsession with Smith's house.  I'll be back when I have proper access to the game - that is when I'm on a PC with more than an hour to play.

#32 Re: Main Forum » Terminal Heist Artwork » 2014-12-04 17:55:37

Hi Cullman,

Thanks for sending the 1.0 update, however it doesn't work for me.  It crashes out as soon as I open it.  iPhone 5, still on iOS 7.xx

For now I've reverted to the 0.6 version.

Also, do you have any new artwork to show us? We're getting excited for the Terminal Heist release!

Edit: the 1.02 release works fine!

#33 Re: Main Forum » so happy =D and hungry » 2014-12-02 02:31:31

@Eppfel, updated.  Although still far from complete.

#34 Re: Main Forum » so happy =D and hungry » 2014-11-28 18:04:20

I heard my name somewhere in there!  I've taken a back step to robbing lately as I have my own house in the list (around 22k value).  I'm also nowhere near a PC for a few days, but perhaps on Sunday I'll have another look at Smith.

#35 Re: Main Forum » Any ways to bring preexisting player back into the game? » 2014-11-25 19:48:16

Mr Bishop was kind enough to leave 11k bounty in my house.  Thank you.

#36 Re: Main Forum » Any ways to bring preexisting player back into the game? » 2014-11-24 04:37:47

I've been doing a few santa runs too lately.  I've switched from 5 saws to 5 cutters to distinguish myself from Cullman.

#37 Re: Main Forum » Any ways to bring preexisting player back into the game? » 2014-11-22 22:07:36

I just dropped 5 saws in your house and the $63 house.  I hope it helps!  I'm now waiting for Cullman.

#38 Re: Main Forum » Android ? » 2014-11-15 08:17:42

That's great news.  I look forward to it!  Quitting TCD is not easy when it's available on your smartphone...

#39 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-15 06:31:19

Clay's house seems to be quite deadly.  34 visits and a whopping 1 death so far.

#40 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-15 05:35:45

If you don't have chills on Clay, take a bat, some water, and see what you can change...

#41 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-15 05:29:20

Congrats!  Mallory, right?  I was looking at his house yet somehow walked through a door into a dog that had seen me.  I was really careful, as I had a decent house (only about 2k in the bank, but about 15k invested).  I'm actually watching a video playback to see what I did wrong hmm

#42 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-15 04:28:05

I saw that too, and accidentally left a saw there.  I was tempted to cash in my life and give him the bounty, but I wasn't sure if he'd be online at the time, so anyone could just claim it.

#43 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-15 04:01:39

It feels really painful, doesn't it.  However, that's one of the great things about the game.  With every step, you are risking it all!

#44 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-15 02:26:25

He's on the list now.  21 visits but 0 deaths roll

#45 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-15 00:42:22

Clay's entrance is a Smith copy.  Is it the multi-account player who robbed him?  Whoever, they have rushed their design and not made it resourcefully (not that they have to with that much cash) as from the entrance, you can see a powered door that can never be powered... oops!

Edit: it seems Clay reads the forums - he's removed that powered door and replaced it with concrete.

#46 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-14 23:40:52

Clay 250000, Smith not listed... What's going on?

#47 Re: Main Forum » Android ? » 2014-11-14 19:36:08

@Voxel, I don't think there is interest there from a developer to release it.  Jason has moved on to his new game and for Cullman, releasing it would be a direct competition with his own game.

@Cullman, one thing that HAS to be changed when Terminal Heist is released is the menu options.  During a self-test, if you click menu, you are forced to suicide with no other options and no way to cancel.  Very frustrating!

#48 Re: Main Forum » The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith » 2014-11-14 19:17:15

First, I'm still here.  I'm not as active and I haven't set foot in Smiths house for a long while now.

@eppfel, congratulations on your first month ruling over the realm of the Castle Doctrine with house Smith.  With Case and Rodriguez before, your skills as an architect run higher than the rest of us could wish for.  Your explanation of your first trap is interesting as you know from the solution I was using, there is another way.  In the future, you could reuse this style of trap with a window positioned, making an up or down solution impossible.  The door would have to open somewhere else, of course.

#49 Re: Main Forum » Why bother - dual accounts ruins the experience. » 2014-11-10 04:57:38

...And that's a wrap for me.  The game is stale now, and without more than 2k starter, it's impossible to crack eppfel's house.  Getting the money to have a go takes about 24 hours, and then it's wasted as eppfel (rightly) changes the combinations, meaning you have to start from scratch again.  Building a new house from 2k isn't really possible without wasting a LOT of time waiting (my last attempted house raked up 3k overnight, but was robbed by a dual account user before I woke up).  I've really enjoyed playing, but I will now bow out until Cullman's reboot.  Then it will be all systems go!

$12 (the price I paid) for 9 months solid playing is great value!

@Matthias, I wish I had read that before walking into your house!  Oh well, enjoy the five saws.
