Selling tools to buy a painting
If you sell tools and then immediately use the money to buy a painting, the server has not yet registered the sale of the tools, so your balance doesn't reflect the extra money. The purchase of the painting can fail due to lack of funds in this case.
The work-around is to check your house in (leave the house) after selling tools before using that money to buy a painting.
Will be fixed in v6.
