Stagnation and the middle class

The first 10 pages (out of 16) are all above $4000, and after that there isn't anything worth even trying to break into besides the occasional fresh 2k'er's house, which is basically just the vault. The top of the list sits at 170k(!) + paintings and still hasn't been broken.

It seems that what we have now is a large number of people who have enough money to build strong houses, but aren't actually going out robbing anymore. They're waiting for robbers to die in their houses, but very few are dying, because nobody's going out robbing...

Security and safety are great and everything, but they are killing the game right now.

If you want to solve it, rise to the top and then rob everyone so they have to start again.
