Window size settings ignored in v16
In v16, the game tries to automatically pick a good window size to fit on your screen.
You are supposed to be able to override this, and set you own window size, by disabling useLargestWindow in the settings folder. However, a bug in v16 prevents this settings file from having any effect.
This will be fixed in v17.
