I just found out the hard way that trap doors don't conduct electricity. ... lost about 30k. Start over and built a crappy starter and someone walked in and died giving me almost 40k! jumped into house.. "currently being robbed". Got cleaned out and had to commit suicide and start over.. /cry

Should have read the wiki instead of assuming.


If I vanish it's not due to a burglar shooting me as well as my wife while making his way to the vault....
I'm just a burst player.

I think there could be something that streamlines house design to make it less awkward when you make a huge mistake. But apart from that I think perma-death while testing adds a huge amount of depth to the game.

You mean awkward in the editing interface, like when you realize this hallway needs to be moved over by two squares?
