Right click the above link, save as to your CastleDoctrine\Languages folder.
edit your CastleDoctrine\language.txt file from "English" to "Swedish" and save.

Next time you launch, game is in Swedish. However, item names is still English since those values are protected and signed. Hope Jason do export the item names to the language file too.
