Backpack stuff
I wanna know how is your backpack stuff valued to your house value ...
Is it halved or is it normal ???

Things in your backpack are not counted at all, but will be put back into the vault if you spend more than 5 minutes out of your home before robbing someone. In your vault all tools are counted for their sell value, which is half of their buy value.
