What did Mr. Duncan die to? Also another high bounty was me in my last life, ~20k.

Duncan just came and suicide at my place, I guess he's been robbed and just want a new start? He did scouted a bit with a club and water then just jumped into a switched on electric floor which 99% looks like a suicide to me.
