So this just happened...

I went up to the top of the list. i found a house with 0/0 worth 38k. This was the layout of the house right when you entered. turns out, that was the entire house. Nothing ever even turned on. So i just robbed this guy for 38k i brought a bunch of wirecutters, water and stuff just in case it was more than it seemed, but it wasn't. This has happened once before to me when a broken house became worth 36k and i beat it with 1 dog meat. Thanks Mysterious benefactor for letting me build my dream house!
