Does a 0$ robbery add to bounty??

As far as I know it's impossible to rob a vault with 0$ in it, when you get to it the vault will be broken and you won't be able to steal it or be teleport outside of the house unless you are talking about there 0$ house than pop from time to time then, I have no idea.

Not if the owner goes in to confirm. Then its a "capturable" vault with 0$

Yeah, I saw few of these I have no idea if it count and I don't see the purpose of having a huge bounty unless you want to give one of your house a lot of free money with a double account.
