Blocked family members don't register death correctly

If family members are blocked in by other family bodies from a previous robbery so that they can't move, then their death status on subsequent robberies isn't registered correctly.  This results in family members that resurrect after death, and dead wives still holding money that cannot be taken.

Will be fixed in v6.
