Lately there's a lot robbers without tools who came into my place and died... I wonder if it's only me or it's happening to everyone? Also, there are a few who came into my place with 2k tools and left the house in 3 turns without even exploring...

Most houses have death trap, and I usually maintain my house around 20-40k... Houses with this value usually look a bit scarier than normal houses don't they?

Same. ~6k house and lots scout without tools the first time, with tools second and leave. And make third attempt and die last.

Maybe there's some new players lately? Because it makes no sense if someone who knows how to play do something like this...

This sort of makes sense. You create a new 2k life, and choose a house to try robbing. You start with a tool-less scout. Then, with some knowledge of the layout, you spend your 2k on tools and give it a shot. You fail, but get out with your life. You have no more money, so you'll have to start over somehow. Because you brought tools into the house you were robbing, you'd get chills when you die, even by suicide. So you try your luck at a final tool-less robbery. It'll probably fail, but it's worth a shot.
