I am writing a reboot version of the game that supports mobile. We have a working TCD for Android but the reboot isn't complete, if you want a beta send me a private message.

I'm releasing as a slightly different game called Terminal Heist. Just go through the boards and read my posts I talk a lot of how it will be different.

Yes, I know, but because you have an Android port of the TCD client in addition to developing a new game it could be released. I can understand if you want having an Android port to be a selling point of TH over TCD, though that seems rather unnecessary. Was hoping you'd contribute back

Contribute back? I said if anyone wants a copy send me an email, is that not released enough for you? It's not finished so I'm not going to it throw up on a website. I also already offered Jason the code that makes TCD mobile, but he is onto his next deal.

@Voxel, I don't think there is interest there from a developer to release it. Jason has moved on to his new game and for Cullman, releasing it would be a direct competition with his own game.

@Cullman, one thing that HAS to be changed when Terminal Heist is released is the menu options. During a self-test, if you click menu, you are forced to suicide with no other options and no way to cancel. Very frustrating!

I'm not really worried about direct competition, in fact, I don't want to compete with Jason at all, I also don't want to want to do something that makes TH succeed at the expense of TCD. However, it makes everything more complicated to have a client that supports both tiles sets and talks to two different versions of the server. Additionally, if I leave the TCD tile sets in my version I don't think I will get the 4+ age rating I'm looking for. Lastly, if I factor in when we are releasing the fact that we are going to spend some money on marketing I imagine the TH population will be greater pretty quickly. Long term, if there is any TCD population left and we have a good way to leave the TCD version in our game as a hidden Easter egg or something so I can keep the 4+ rating. We will do that.

@amwhy thanks for the bug report. That's a bad one, though, I think it's in fixed in the latest I will check and send you a new copy.

Could I get a new copy to see if it fixes my red screen? Also another 2 thing that get me is when someone is robbing my house I have the warning message but nothing to press so have to xlose the app and reopen. Also sometimes I get the if you want to close press % or type something for prosperity messagw and agai camt do amytging other then close the app.

Ok I've confirmed AmWhy's bug is fixed, I think the exit screen issue is fixed. I think we now know why the red screen is happening (we need to reduce the color depth), but I'm not sure if that fix is in there yet. I'm on the road right now, but I get home tomorrow, I will either paste a link here of the update or email new copies out tomorrow.

Tell me about it Pretty certain TCD is actually computerized herion. I think we are just gluttons for punishment.
