And in the night Glaze used his ill gotten gains to kill my wife. Using different accounts to pre scout. As he had only taken 3 steps into my house before hand.
Edit: Not ideal but just lost money getting a couple of solved houses of the map so he can't use them to send himself money.

He's like a mob boss. I think we need to work together to take him down!
Anyone know how to get past the trap fire floor?

Do you currently have a house?
Smith = Eppfel
Hale = matthias
Glaze = ???
Nolan = ???
White = Inactive
??? = Me
I have about 60~70% of the map for Glaze.

I have some map on you, but decided to focus of glaze. From what i have seen for all his money his house isnt very good. No Eppfel house that is for sure.

Have you gotten close to the safe? I still can't get past the large electric floor with a strange cat that dances away
If his house is not very good we should be able to crack it in no time!

If you are talking about the fire floor straight up from the welcome mat, that isn't the right way.
Even though i believe he is clearly cheating, without proof wont share the map just in case he is innocent.

No, there is a hallway when you head all the way to the right, and then down. The hallway is full of electric plates with a switch in the middle. There is a cat south that sees you through windows and runs away, and about 4 powered doors along the hall. That has to be the right way to go yes?
There are a lot of switches.... confusing!
Offline
Yea that is the right way. Its based on a clock cycle the switches make it depend if the plates are in sync with the clock or opposite to the clock. The cat that runs off down takes about 17ish steps till it turns on all the plates. The powered doors are just being used as a wall.

interesting! Thanks for the info. He must be taken down asap!

Naw, first time i walked past a window that i thought i had already put dog to sleep... it ended up blocking my exit. Second i worked onto a very obvious fire floor as i thought i had ruled out all the other directions.
But it has let me be a bit more brave when going for Glaze. I know where the safe is (as a guess from what is left on the map) now i just need to get there

Hello there. I've been totally inactive for the whole week. I had a lot to do and the motivation for Castle Doctrine is decreasing I must admit. My house was actually not fully repaired, but no one even tried^^ It is now. Glaze could be the triple account player, but who knows.
As promised, I reveal more of my house.
This trap is a horizontal version of the entrance of Mr. Case with a dog shutting down the only passable door. With the right combination of steps, the dog locks itself in and you are safe to pass.

Smith had been my top target before, but after laze multi'd to kill my wife it got personal I have about 80% of his map now, and if i could count to 4 properly i would have a lot more
I will come pay a visit after i get Glaze

Just had a very expensive look Eppfel. But i had miscounted and forgot the powered door at the entrance so took one less crowbar then i wanted

Back at $100k. For this special moment I feel generous and reveal the next trap, although I won't explain it's functioning.
As an update: There were two other robbers besides Passive, that got as far as what's revealed. But it's quite for three days now.

Miss counted the amount of dogs:

Haha, I think you died, because you wanted to repay me for not robbing you^^ I enjoyed your house, although it was not the toughest one.
As for the dog, you should have noticed by the closed door you tried to surpass, that something is behind it. I think you are the first big bounty dying at Smith and $17300 is not bad.
For further robbers I did not changed the combinations for ages and probably won't in the future, so save yourselves some money.

Just had a cheeky look around the bottom. Was kind of what i expected but at least i shifted some of my cash before bed, getting far to expensive for what my house is

I reveal so much of the solution of the house and you still waste so much money on the red herring. Let's prevent that in the future:
The way southwards is a feint, although I designed the electric floor solvable. I dislike electric floor traps. They take a lot of space and normally can be surpassed easily. It is the first I ever build and although it is a fake, I took special care in designing it. First you have to solve it correctly in order to surpass the trapdoor. Second, the dog moves vertically and horizontal. That makes it harder to figure out the solution, because the toggle switches can not be turned of again.
I think 90% of the money the house makes, comes from this trap. If the house had just the door in the beginning, nobody would even die in there.
