3 houses with the same set up?

ok guys whats up with this nonsense? three people Franklin Varner and Free all have the exact same entrance a hidden dog commit. What the hell is happening here?

With that knowledge why arnt all of these houses  instantly broken?

yeah i need some cash not sure or my name right now got a decent set up going a vault visible from doormat design but not sims actually that bastard came in and robbed me after someone else unknowingly set it up for him...
