Your running on the assumption that we live in the same time-zone gumshoe, this is probably not the case smile.
Also, there were a lot of doors to look behind, there is no guarantee you would have picked the right one in time.

Here is my final house:

I built this one mostly as a way to mitigate brute forcing by allowing the vault to be in many locations so just "following the trapdoors" wouldn't lead you there. I'm glad I got to implement this before the changes came in, a bit sad that no one gave it a good brute force attempt once it was properly completed.

This house got me when I picked the wrong door after getting past the magic dances.

smile. It was a fun bait and kill house - I got quite a number of people that way. I'm guessing this was with just a starter robbery though Ludicrosity?

I can't remember when exactly this was, but I don't think it was a starter robbery. It was a nice house design though.

Here we go, v16 houses now! This design could've amounted to something, and took me a some time to build, but once I was away for a long amount of time people simply used 2k to break my house and get >100$.

I have a fantastic idea for this version actually, it's just gonna cost all the money.

Re: Show me yours I'll show you mine.

I don't have much to show but I feel kind of bad. I just robbed EUBANKS. He had an arrow pointing to his safe. Free money, right? But the whole point was to keep the wife safe and sound.

Well, as it turns out, I robbed someone and the safe had a gun. Normally, I wouldn't waste money on a gun, but with the free gun and $450 (drugged meat + saw) I was able to take the wife's $1900. Sorry, Mrs. Eubanks.

I'm not sure I like the really expensive tools, but I will say: tools are coveted treasure now. When you get a gun in a safe, it's amazing. It's like finding a $20 in the wash.

You killed my wife !
I should have replaced the wooden wall by a concrete wall smile

It was just a free money that tried to stay a little longer than the average.
