Something wrong with house validation?

I can see how this house passed the "rob this house without tools" test, but how does it pass the "provide an unimpeded exit for the family" test?

Re: Something wrong with house validation?

Dickman's wife and children are dead so he doesn't need to create a path for them. I think he has set his house like this to stop people sneaking around and finding his secrets.
