ahh, how do you resize windowed mode?
in the past i had the settings file to 1024x768, and i was presuming it was working as the game always seemed about that size.
but yesterday i got a new monster of a monitor, and now the game seems to be ignoring my settings files and defaulting to 1600x1200

Did you set useLargestWindow to 0?

uselargestherb is now set to 0.
