Question - Paintings? Do they show up as a Value?

Hey All, again.

Wanted to ask another question entirely.

You know paintings? Do they count toward your House Value?
or are they totally separate from the House Value, and you only realize the House owner has them, when you enter their house?

House value is determined by cash+tool resale value only. Paintings are not figured into the house list value. When you enter the house of someone who has a painting, you see it on the left side.

Thanks for the Answer - Just making sure. As Paintings seem like the only way to get rid of wealth currently...

Or you can just buy high, sell low. More tedious though
