Windows 8 Bugs

Any chance that Windows 8 support will improve?

Current bugs:
When running the game in fullscreen, doing any of the following will crash the game 100% of the time.

-Pressing the Windows Button, especially when pressed on accident near the end of a robbery
-Accessing the "charms" bar
-Alt+tab
-Screen Auto-rotating (tablet applications)
-Pretty much any touch gesture (dragging from screen edges)
-Quitting the game

the only cure for windows h8 is uninstalling it. even that is a pain in the ass

I used to have this same problem but upgrading to windows 8.1 seems to have fixed it.

I'm running 8.1, still having issues. All these bugs are most likely that the game throws and exception when the resolution changes.

Some of your issues can be resolved by using certain utilities to disable either specific buttons or the charms feature.

Personally I prefer "StartIsBack" (it's like $3) but there are some free ones which do nearly as much.

I'd rather not disable features of my computer that I use regularly. I'm among the few that actually like the OS's interface.

i have used windows 8 on my pc for as long as i've played and i've never encountered any of these crashies
