It's really a lot more than you're making it out to be. This just tells me that you are more of a builder than robber:)
I get what you're saying, I just don't understand the rush to return to the home list unless you're attempting to poach new spawns or didn't have tools to kill a specific wife or need to return in a hurry due to circumstances that make the house attractive to everyone... but that's part of the suspense, right?
And for the record, my house pretty much stays robbable on the first page because I'm always out racking those dollars up, son! Have to. Best one today:
I don't mind being forced back to your home after a robbery attempt/success. Never hurts to re-up on tools. But more to the point, you're arguing one click versus two. It's really not too big a deal, is it?
I had The Knowledge of Good and Evil, and it fit PERFECTLY with my house, but then I made an idiotic leap of "certainty" after getting complacent in another person's house and fried myself... I was honestly more upset about the loss of the painting than the loss of everything else. Doesn't take long to rebuild, though. Just took a fella named Clark for $13,000+ and a LOT of tools, though, so I'm on my way back up. Almost time for new paintings.
Hah, I scoped out that house above and intended to come back with some tools... totally forgot. Nicely done.
I "died due to inactivity" in the middle of casing someone's house at the beginning of last weekend. Seems like it was caused by a failed house check-in, but at the time I was baffled as to the reason. What's worse is that it happened the first time my new home design was proving successful, and I was beginning to rack up enough dough for my first painting. That frustrated me enough to put the game down for a week until yesterday... but now I'm back up there.
Thanks for checkin it out! If you create something cool, be sure to post it so we can see what you're up to!
Of course! I'll probably post up my current house design whenever someone breaks it. It's a very scalable design that starts out as a $1980 iteration (gotta have that first crowbar) and relies on psychological warfare rather than combination locks. It's working quite well so far. So well, in fact, two people have committed suicide when they actually had an open route to leave the house. Poor guys.
This is awesome, thank you!
