If the vault has been robbed (0$) and the owner of the house has NOT yet reset his house, that is true Archonn. But it is possible to reset a 0$ house (maybe you want to save your investment and rob someone else, or do some notool scouting before suiciding) which makes the vault robbable and will teleport a robber out as they reach it. Reaching this vault will add 500$ to the robbers bounty.
Edit: Beaten to the punch by Iceman.
Yeah I died in a broken house. Was really stupid as well because I had actually thought of bringing the tool that would have saved me but decided against it like a dumbass.
Went on a 2k suicide spree but no luck, taking a break now. Unless someone needs me to push cats in pits or something and want to give me half their money in the process ![]()
Well it had gotten down to around 3.5k so I guess not a very popular one. The Blue bubble like one. Very pretty imo.

So despite playing since around the real-money contest, I have not owned a painting untill now. I am proud, but also anxious that it will bring another league of robbers to my house, a type of robber it might not be ready for. Anyways, just wanted to share with you all.
edit: Oh, and also let them to know to expect to die in their own house during self-test.
I think this is my highest cause of death.
I'm loving this.*

It is not the same though, when you can do this while maintaining a house. That's the difference between doing it with two accounts and just one. With two accounts you get to have your cake and eat it too.
You're not the 'victim' here though, he said he robbed Lopez, knowing the house from alt-account suicide scouting.
Well, let's see, unless he was disconnect scouting, which i don't think is okay, no one ever got anywhere so whatever.
No one thing is scouting someone between lives so to say, but maintaining a top house while suicide scouting so when your house finally falls you have maps of other houses and can rob them basically risk free, you see no problem with that?
I had been suicide scouting with my alt for a pretty long time.
And you see nothing wrong with this?
I have not read this whole thread as I've kind of become disenchanted with the community, which saddens me as I really thought there were some quality people around.
I only make this post to publicly take offense to being listed as a 'dual account advocate' in the original post as I agree that dual accounts used to systematically earn 'free money' so to say, is a horrible practice and I would wish something could be done about it.
What I might have endorsed is a once-in-a-while charity run on houses that might need it or on friends, even, at a time that your house has fallen anyways, or you died robbing or scouting or the likes.
To reiterate: systematic harvesting of dual accounts = bad. Helping out a noob or a friend once in a while = no big deal. Having two accounts that never interact with one another financially = I don't give a flying.
I really really like psyche outs of all sorts, where you are presented with several solutions to the same trap but only one of them is the true solution. Only problem with them is that if your house is visited often enough, someone is going to luck out and choose the right solution.
When my wife is alive I sell everything but clubs (clubs are great for when you're scouting a house and realize you can get an easy wifekill) but when she is dead I keep all the tools, unless I need the money for some plan I have for expansion.
And down the drain it went. Died in a house. Damn my curiosity. Whelp, least I know how to spot dog-cat commits now.
My bane is dog/wife pincers while scouting low value houses. Beware of those.
I think we're getting off track here. I heard Mr, Bartlett steals chocolate from the neighborhood children.
Some say he eats a Kit-Kat bar without separating the two halves.
OMG THIS INFURIATES ME! WHAT IS HE AN ANIMAL!?
I've had a single onestep video and also found it odd when it happened.

That bastard! I bet he was the one who emptied his bladder in the shoes I have on my porch too.
Ah no, that was me. But he dared me to do it!
I can't find a house with that description in that wealth-range. Update, so I can look for you Osmium?

AND another one... Just died to a wife-intercept trap... I REALLY need to get better at spotting those.
I die to those ALL the time. I will never learn! Now I built one, since they always get me.
Lord0fHam the owner could be spending money on bruteforce scouting secure in the knowledge that his/her house will make more.
I sometimes rob 0 0/0 houses if I happen to catch them and I have no second account. There's a prestige to having a high bounty when you finally die robbing someone.
Once I overheard him on the phone saying he didn't think kittens were cute.
The word in the cul-de-sac is that he is having an affair with his secretary and that he often verbally abuses his own mother.
