Is there any mod around?

I am wondering if there is a moderator that will clean the spam topics....

Yeah, a forum moderator or two would be nice. I'm sure Jason has things he'd rather be doing than cleaning up virtual trash, and there are plenty active members that could easily help out in that department.

Re: Is there any mod around?

I warn thee, friends!  This is a woeful, fateful, and terrible idea!  The election of a forum moderator is not in the spirit of The Castle Doctrine!  Castle Doctrine is a game for outlaws!  If one were to be installed, think how much airtime posts about the game being too unfair or too evil would get!  No one would be able to shame them into getting better anymore!  Think hard, friends...

Lack of Attachment to Results --> Lighthearted Play --> Respect for Enemies --> No Anger After Failures --> Faster Skill Building

Re: Is there any mod around?

If a player were to become a mod he would delete all the posts were people share maps of his house.

I think the forum has already been pretty adamant about punishing players for sharing maps of other players.

Re: Is there any mod around?

TheSquashedOrange just recently published a map about another player. How should we punish him?

Well. This one seems to have been pretty popular: http://thecastledoctrine.net/forums/vie … php?id=832

To be fair, all we got out of that one was a map with 9 shotguns by the wife, given by Mr. Price himself.
