I've been robed a few times the same way. Last time it was a character called William Robert Ake. The guy is electrocuted but then it continues to move as if still alive.

If he stepped on a grate such that he should have died, pretty damn sure. Otherwise it could be a glitch I guess?

If you mean the screenshot itself then you can make a screenshot when in windowed mode by pressing ALT+Print Screen (in Windows). Then paste it into any image software and save it to a file.

You can also use the '=' key. It saves the images into the screenShots directory.
