Starter House Disscusion

Hey fellow robbers!,
I'm George. I know this type of dissucion pops up often put i wanted to make more of a larger scale version. I've chosen to start this topic to invite new and old players to share there beginner house designs. The type of of house you make after multiple rages on 2K robber runs. straight after you have earned new ideas from failing to others. The house needs to be able to be built with less then £3000 and it doesn't matter if you just designed it on castledraft.com with no earlier experience. I wanted to begin the favour by sharing my favourite design for a beginner house

Re: Starter House Disscusion

I am having HUGE trouble getting a starter house up at the moment and as such I am not going to share any designs, as it's already tough enough without people knowing the intricates of my buildings. I thought I had a good house up last night that played on the psychology of people approaching traps more than anything, but after getting a few good bounties overnight, someone simply bruteforced it.

you actually need 1 saw to get to the vault.

the cat is misplaced, it has to be at least 5 tiles away from the corner (brick has 4 tile range)
you can try something like that

if you reach the corner without tools you're dead, if you try to saw the wall once you see the cat, you will be fried because of the paradox circuit.

I suggest you to go rob with the first 2k tools, you will die a lot, but you will gain tons of experience from others design. Houses are full of leaks, and learning how to spot them is a good way to avoid them while planning.

Soon or later you'll be able to start your own house with at least 4-5k, making it a lot harder for 2k robbers to pass trough.
