Re: The King of Castle Doctrine:

Well, fuck. I'm dead... There goes all that work to a misstep. I meant to cut that wire.

I may pull out all my alt-scout records of crazyace's house now to try and get the vault.

Re: The King of Castle Doctrine:

Well, a lot of alt-scouting in a previous life just paid off crazy big. I didn't expect the vault to be that early, and just followed the many-button paths one by one.

Re: The King of Castle Doctrine:

And I died in a self-test. My skill seems to have gone back to regular levels. I'll stick with my 87 painting record and post the Harris house design later today.

The King would now be...
Toby Kevin Chandler?

Looks like it's been a rough night for the top houses... I see at least 10 top houses vanished within the night... Even Craze got robbed, at least the wife is still alive...

Probably not for a long time though.

I assume you are Toby Kevin Chandler then...

Edit: or not... since you deleted your post...

Indeed.
I have the house with the Eiffel Tower. When I wrote the post Mr. Chandler was editing his house.

If you have the Eiffel Tower then you should be John Darrel Kane with a dead wife at the entrance...

Nice Rob, but with your first you had enough to take him down. just trow dogmeat to let the chihuahua sleep step on that door and saw the wall, there was no way that door get power anyway.
Otherwise, why kill the childs that early? Kill just the wife and make enough dmg to scout further. Then take a club and some more instrument if needed to safe that damage too.

Re: The King of Castle Doctrine:

definitely agree w the second strategy, I should have done that in retrospect. With the chihuahua I was worried there was an army of dogs behind those powered doors just ready to jump out at me, didn't want to chance it even if that chihuahua was asleep. Also at the time I didn't know his safe was right there. so I came back better prepared. I'd much rather be "overly" cautious

A sleepy chihuahua will not move =P
And if things would have went wrong.
Sleep that dogs with 3 meat and block the rest and saw your way out again. Or the safe way saw a shorter path out first and look if there walldogs.

Re: The King of Castle Doctrine:

I saw a chihuahua pretend to be asleep once only to bite my leg and trip me into a pit.
yeah, you're right about that stuff. pinching pennies (saws) was the least on my mind at the time smile
I don't know why he left wooden walls in that whole area but it looked like it had been some time since he changed his house

I know that feel big_smile But I don't think you would step on the plate and then on the dog =P Keep in mind that these pinching pennies could have saved you much money ;P

Yeah a big weakness in a tophouse big_smile But many houses have somthing like this.

that creation is an abomination to all that is good and holy. you need to take it outside, light it on fire, and shoot it in the head repeatedly. then piss on it, pour some 40 for your homies, and bury it upside down.
