Game freezing

Im currently frozen in a house and have been for the last 5-10 mins. Any suggestions before i loose all my stuff?

I made my amends. My children were brutally murdered earlier on today luckily they didn't find out about their fathers second job. I was sadly arrested. To my astonishment my wife came through and paid bail, however the person whose home i was robbing found out and now we are in witness protection. We have 2k in our savings, a new house and were given new names also to improve our cover me and the wife decided to adopt 2 children.
