Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

Hahaha Passive, definitely funny. I just wanted to congratulate you on Hale and how you became quite the robber, but this makes me wonder. You saw everything you need to solve the house tool-less, yet you come in again to waste another $30k in tools.
I was waiting for someone brute-forceing for both the routes you took. But I'm not sure, if it really is the cheapest way to crack my house.

But at least some action in Smith' Mansion. Yeaiii
Now, let's watch these tapes again...

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

The second route you called a "waste" is the cheapest for sure, if i had bought the explosives/ladders that i was saving for i could of done it but i got bored of waiting big_smile

As for doing it tool less i want to keep my house thank you tongue

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

Hey, and AMWhy is back at it. Oh man how much money is blown into destroying tiles in that house. But magically, when the robber leaves, puff, everything just as before.

BTW: What's with the 16 door stops o_0?

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

So I just had a look in Eppfel's house for the first time in a long time - all of the codes have changed, particularly for the top left trap which wasted a lot of my crowbars.  Knowing the principle of a later trap allowed me to see a little more than Eppfel would have liked.  I took a few notes so will probably have another look inside soon...

Edit: Damn it.  I learnt the top left sequence, practiced it (getting it wrong several times, but finally figuring it out) spent some time planning the tools I needed for progress and a safe passage back out, then went for it.  I only forgot the sequence for the top-left trap again! What a waste of tools sad

I'm done with Smith for now.  Perhaps another day I'll try again.

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

Seems the race is now on to see who gets in first big_smile I am about 3 crowbars short then i will give it an all or nothing try (that's an exaggeration i don't wanna die only one person has got past my first trap even though Eppfel has posted the solution)

Edit:

The Reign of King Smith is over, Long Live King Milo

(wish i had a cooler name)

Seems i didn't need to wait as long for tools;

I hope this frees you up for some more crazy houses Eppfel, and sorry i didn't do it tool less, i am just not that good big_smile I tried several times on Cullman's simulator but i couldn't even get passed the second cat dance sad The safe was 3 tiles out of were i had put it as a guess on my castle draft.

P.S Mentioning Cullman, any news on Terminal Heist?

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

gg passive, how does it feels to be king? big_smile

btw how many peoples are in game nowadays?

i've made a new house (being robbed during the first night) but i've had too many players dying to my signature trap.

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

Well i just took a mapshot of my house and it highlighted how unprepared i am to defend the Crown big_smile

As for players, from the forum there is;
Me, You, eppfel, AMwhy, JAAM, matthias( not sure if he has a house after i brute forced it), cullman (he keeps showing up big_smile), それはトラップである, think voxel mentioned he had one still.

Other then that i think there is about 4~5 non-forum players who seem active ish, however most people seem to be house builders rather than thieves.

Hey I try I just prefer the fun videos of people failing my traps I'm also less of a scout and more of if I put a tool into a house I'm going for it or dying trying

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

I know what I would do with that cash... I would burn Robles goddam house tithe ground an kill everything left inside. The place is not 1 but multiple massive combo locks mixed with a random maze and the usual commits. The place deserves a special spot in he'll not for the random stupid deaths that have been sufferd in there but for its shitty design and lack of creativity.

At the end of all this I don't care about the money I care about a good house design, and Robles head on a pike

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

Congrats, Passive.  I didn't realise you were trying.  My plan was to see enough of the house to solve it toolless.  On the days where I didn't screw it up I could get to the far right, halfway down (then with tools is seen to the bottom right and left a little).  I guess I need to peek in your house now then!

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

i've had quite a good run with unusually high bounties (1400$ + tools the biggest one) plus a couple of 2000$ 0/0 houses, i've managed to reinforce the structure, but i have no plan for the future.

Are you the one with the dog and cat commit its a nice design but easily broken with a brick or meat. Nice and sneaky though points for that.

I feel so close to winning passives house i forgot a brick on my last run but now know the way around it. The big question how many ladders must i bring.

i've got something that involves dogs and cats but it's not a commit gate.

by the way, the suicide booth marks the house smile

PS waiting for Smith's house design if he's ready to release it smile

Re: The Fortress of Mr. Corey Phillip Smith

So close yet so far I can almost feel the taste of success in that house but alas I need more funds. I hate to try to blow past that part of your house but it would take too much scouting for that particular section and I'm getting the feeling that others are reaching near the same places I am. Your fortune is going to draw in too much competition for a no tools run I'm afraid.

God I'm feeling cocky watch as I've been scouting the wrong path this whole time.

Took me 6 runs. It was a pleasure.

And Smith is back^^ I just can't kill him. I think this looks like an terror regime. I will not post the complete map, because it was not solved. But I will keep on revealing it. And I won't change the combinations, so the next time it won't gather that much money again.

Ps: For the cash. I parked it in limbo, because I have a serious bronchitis right now and I don't have the energy to work on a house for a few hours.
