You can also sometimes use parts of the house to make the tiles between you and the dog an even number.
Could you elaborate on this because i searched sometimes when i was in trouble but never found an actual way to make it even.

Use Dogecoins?
Why use dogecoins when you can still use the value of dogecoins in bitcoins? I think more people have bitcoins then dogecoins.
But however i also mined altcoins so i do have dogecoins also 
.

What do you think about a mod that connects to a light weight bitcoin wallet. You can put any possible amount in it. $1 real world money are $1000 in-game. If you lose the safe then the bitcoins are sent to the burglar. If the burglar and the owner looses their lifes (if possible) then it is a donation to the programmer.
Lol while i do mine bitcoins myself and like to see it implemented everywhere the value of the bitcoin is waaaay to much, also not really fair because i guess only 1% of the players who play this game might have bitcoins, so people get rewarded when they rob you but your not get rewarded when you rob them..
IF it would be implemented and this probably would never happen, i would suggest a bitcoin design house made by Jason and if you die while trying to rob it you lose some amount, and if you reach the vault of family members you get payed out in bitcoins.

I keep getting this error 
Basicly it says that Steam cannot synchronise the game files with the steam Cloud.
I always get that when launching the game.
Still shows my house intact but i'm always worried i might lose it :s.
And no i did not play the game somewhere else or 2 games at a time.

I have a question about pits and pitbulls.
In this situation were i'm builing a code to go down, would the dog fall in the pit if it spots the robber?
Or neatly follow the robber down?
Or are there any other alternatives to protect your dog in some way?
Thanks in advance. Still pretty new to this and couldn't find anything in the wiki and dogs are expensive !

I don't know about macbook, but if anyone has Ubuntu or some other species of linux, it's at ~/.steam/steam/SteamApps/CastleDoctrine/mapShots -- maybe this will help you too, Pixelhouse?
Found it, go to Finder then select Go-> Go to folder(not sure if correct i'm using another language)
then just copy paste this ~/library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/Common/CastleDoctrine/screenShots
You're '~' helped me find it haha, thanks

I just recently bought this game and i'm totally hooked, was reading the forums and saw you could print screen your entire map with +,
however i just downloaded the game through Steam(Macbook) but i cannot find the location of were it stores the screenshots.
Ps: kudos to the creator of this, i love the old pixellike games from few years back and the concept of this game is wunderfull.
Hoping somewhere in the future an Android game will come to adjust your house and watch tapes.
