Yep it was Tate. He's now got about 30? of my paintings too. Cullman maybe we can take him down.
Got back into the game cause of Cullman's app. House was still there from last time, and no one had cracked it except for Blip so I just rebuilt it. Someone just came in and walked right through and solved it without and tools at all without any prior scouting trips. This is literally impossible. I remember why I quit this game now...
This game is a good lesson in learning how to cope with loss. the first time i died, i was horrified. Now when i die or get robbed with a big house, I don't even care.
Anyways, I really like the design. It's far more secure than the previous incarnation as well. I only robbed you based on a guess to follow the first wired wall that I saw that wasn't there in the older version.
Yes, i suppose that part was unnecessary, and would have been more secure without it.
Well folks, I've been robbed. Blip got me for 33 paintings and 45K. I think I've had enough of this game and probably won't be returning, and even if I did, at the current rate of player base decrease, I'd probably be the only player. The game was great, and so was my house. I can safely say, the after two months of being up, NO ONE ever got past the first part of my house. Since I'm not going to be playing any more, I thought I'd share my map. Please tell me what you think about it and feel free to use parts of it for yourself.
I had a great time everyone.
Sincerely

Here is the map.
If anyone wants to know how to solve the thing, or portions, let me know.

40 paintings
It's more than 40 now. I just robbed Mitchell.
Edit: I just realized that, if I rob Buckley, that would make my total, if I counted right, 89. Which is 2 more than my previous record.
Or, of course, I could die in Buckley's place again.Edit #2: I miscounted. I robbed Buckley and now have a total of 99 paintings.
congratulations blip. i think i'm done with this game now. i may come back at some point, but since the player base is only decreasing, probably not. good job jason, great game. bye all.
It sums up the game pretty well. especially the end of the video.
blip you are back!
thanks
I personally think paradox circuits are pretty useless. it may kill a noob, but any experienced robber will watch out for them and cut the grates when they aren't on them. also, this causes the bruteforce price to be 1/4 what it was when they all turn onv($100 for a water per tile instead of $400 for a wire cutter).
yep, whenever i test my main, i practically shit my pants every time. The other house wasn't actually that bad, because i never had time to finish it, and then i died. maybe i'll make another on my alt.
but... that door is powered but it's open (bottom of row2col1)
thats because he is in edit mode.
I've got a dual account, and until i retardedly died yesterday with it, both my accounts were on the first page. It's pretty fun to design two houses at once, both totally different.

It is stored at the top of Mount Olympus until next King arises (whoever has the painting displayed has the vault).
It's cool to see that my painting inspired that.
i'll check it out later after i die (or get robbed). I've got an alt, but both my accounts are on the top page!
I'd like to see this. I've wasted many a life in your house and have yet to get past the entrance. It will be cool to see how and have a chance.
There are some good traps, in fact, I'm using one in my current house. I'm not going to show it, but you can do some pretty good ones with pets.
We've got a thread about successful self tests, so I'd thought I start one about successful robberies. You can post stories about big heists, or if you are a new player/ new house, feel free to post small scale robbery success stories as well. I'll start it out with the one that made me think of this topic. I walked into a low value house and accidentally committed. I was like "Oh SHIT! Not again!" I have lost amny big houses (this one was about 15k) to dumb commits that i didn't realize had me commited. With a dog chasing me and no way back, I chose a random door and the vault was staring me in the face. Woohoo!
I think you sort of just walk through the first part, dance so the first dog doesn't die, get it for the magic dance, go up to see the cat/dog, bring the dog down to open the doors and then run in a circle back through the door and up through the two doors. then go up and make the cat turn on both the switches that you just walked over. I'm not quite sure how to get the dog to unlock the door, it seems like it just kills itself. Go up and turn the switch off then on, sight the cat, walk back, turning the switch off, and then walk over. (Maybe i'm missing something, but it seems one move off). Then get the second cat to walk up and you are done. sorry about your loss.
that was only for a couple of days. its up now and has been for a few days.
are you back into the game again cullman?
I think my current character may be nearing two months.
Also here is a big tip. If you ever get a good house going, do not go around just poking into random houses. You WILL end up dying to some unknown commit (personal experience) and then you will want to punch yourself in the face. If you want to go out robbing, make sure you bring the tools to do it right.
I just passed my self test for the mega upgrade I've been working on. My heart is beating really fast, my hands are sweating and shaking, and I almost shit my pants, but it feels good. come at me world!
