Re: [DISABLED] Free community server (with self registration)

Aw man, I feel like such a jerk now, there were only a few houses up on the server and I robbed them all because i need the money for my uberfortress, then I came back and checked this thread where everyone is playing nice and experimenting and stuff. yikes

Don't worry. Robbery is part of the game ;-)

Re: [DISABLED] Free community server (with self registration)

OK so I'd like to join this server. Can we increase the starting money to 15k because the house I want to test, even at half price is about 12k.

I changed the house since then, and YOU ROBBED ME?! *runs home*

I think that was me. I figured you could use some money smile

Chills should be the first change, so even with a small group there would be some action.

I've reduced chills and force ignores to 1 hour. Added hourly pay to player, that did not touch his house, of $100, wife $50. Starting money is set to $5000 which should be enough to build house worth of $10000 on main server.

Let's see how this will work.

That sounds like a plan. Appreciate the effort!

Would you mind, if I register a second account? I would build something and than try it with tools on the second account.

Re: [DISABLED] Free community server (with self registration)

Seeing a lot of $10 houses, I'm guessing it's from the hourly pay? My bounty must be HUGE now!

As for client mods, something I mentioned in another thread, I would really like to see a limit on stack size for tools, but with multiple stacks of the same tool allowed. I'm guessing 8 or 10 would be the limit per stack, so if the limit were 10, you could still go in with 80 saws, but that would be your whole inventory.

As I look at the tickets I see someone that has 3 accounts so no problem. But I will let the community propose what should we do with that as that will clearly break the balance of the game as anybody can have as many accounts as they want. I guess it's just the test server so it's no problem. But if some people would like to play like on normal server I guess we would have to create server without self registration. Or somehow eliminate the advantage of having more accounts, but I don't know how.

Great! Added it to the suggestions on the first post.

How do you know they have 3 accounts?  Using the same name, but different emails?

Oh, I didn't think you could make 2 accounts with the same email.

Re: [DISABLED] Free community server (with self registration)

*not lose house after you die - harder to do (~ day to do it on server)*

That would be SUPER awesome that way I don't have to stress myself when I test my trap...

Also, I made a house on that server come and steal it if you DARE!

I got almost no money left something like 75$ so it's only for the challenge try to steal my vault, sadly it's a *Impossible* mission. ;p

My house is easy to recognize I got my wife right at the door.

I robbed most of the people on the server and built a sweet house.
