I want to make a decent small random house to get some money so I can start robbing bigger house.
If I make something simple like this can the robber break the last window using brick or it's to far away?

My guess is he need to uses a ladder and then uses a brick or rather I hope since if he can uses the brick without using a ladder then this trap is worthless.
I know it could be better to add another pit in the place of the first window so like than he have to uses two ladder, but the first window is there for safety incase I click to last or I freeze and end up falling in my own pit killing myself.

The range of a brick is 4, so the robber can't break the window. He would have to use a ladder, then a brick, to break that window.

Instead of the far window I would put a panic button as pets can't cross that tile so he doesn't fall in the pit.

bricks have 4 tiles range, so to break the last window you have to brick the first one, than use a ladder, than brick the second one

http://castledraft.com/editor/ZSnxrH here the robber would have to use a brick to break the first window, then two ladders and then he can brick the chiahua itself. So for 20 instead of 6 you force him to use 1400 (or however much a ladder is) more.

you can also use a shotgun as opposed to the panic button. You can have 3 pits and then leave empty extra empty space with a window, which could require 3 ladders. if they had 3 they could just cross it.

No, the robber cannot get to the chihuahua using a brick. Only ladders will get him across the pit. If he had a lot of bricks (~= 3-400), he could fill the pits with the bricks and walk across. However, the windows will still be in the way. You can throw cats at them to break them. Then begin filling the pits. I wouldn't recommend using that trap, a lot of robbers know this method and it's not going to leave your house very secure.

This is cheaper and probably more secure for those instances where you don't want the chiwawa to die
