Who all is still active

So, I've been going through the forums for the past few weeks, just reading what everyone was posting, and noticed a major decline in names I actually recognize and what not
I don't think I've seen a post from Blip or Crazyace in like forever.
So basically I am just wanting a role call of everyone here who is still actively playing.

Re: Who all is still active

I'm still playing, but Pumeroma has just robbed me for $63,000 and about 20 paintings... Wooster is depressed!

There aren't enough people playing anymore to start from scratch and build a great house by earning bounties and doing small robberies. Well - not unless you want to take 3 months to build your house, anyway.

I'm going to shamelessly dump Wooster's bounty into my (currently vacant) alt account so I can build a half decent place again... but probably not tonight.

Re: Who all is still active

I'm still here, I've just been very busy on weekdays. I plan to have a triumphant return over the coming Memorial Day weekend, beginning with robbing Geyer (I'm nearly positive I know where his vault is) and then building up a major fortress from there. I'd like not to try my crazy painting-heists anymore (though I may do so anyways, nice art is so tempting), as they drastically shorten my characters' lifespans; I may try to just stay at the top for as long as I can with as strong of a house as I can possibly conceive.

Still playing. Although, single account means I'm a cautious robber.

Re: Who all is still active

Active... but not much of a robber.  50 of each item and I'd find a way to drown in someones house despite the fact that water doesn't exist in this game.  I'm just that bad of a robber.  Seriously.  Chihuahua's kill me.  Cats kill me.  I'm surprised a wall hasn't fallen on me.  I'm probably the worst robber that plays this game.

Unknown.... thanks Blip
Unknown again because I thought I'd go on a no-tool revenge run on Blip.  Silly me........

Re: Who all is still active

I play a decent amount.  I tend to rob with 2k toolsets or chainrob if I don't have enough to build out a house.  Once I have a house I am very careful robbing, but die in self tests a lot due to trying things without really thinking.

Re: Who all is still active

Ive just returned after a couple months break...

I needed to build up resistance and acceptance (kinda like you resist and accept getting HIV) of the cancerous multiple account cheating scum who ruined this game.

FIY THAT is what drove myself and MANY others away, it was not because of the nature of the game as it was intended.

Having just read through the forums to see what has been happening, Cullman you have my respect and kudos to you for your efforts.

Mmaster and the rest of those self justifying assholes can go to hell, and I will make it my life's mission to kill your house if I come into contact with a multiple account user.

Just like I did with Shlam16's house.

Re: Who all is still active

I dual-account, Amatiel. Feel free to come rob - nobody's playing the game anymore, so I need the tapes to watch.

Because nobody is playing anymore, I don't think it's possible to go from $2,000 to a successful front-page house without exploiting multi-accounts. If you put up a $2,000 starter house now, even if it's super-lethal, you'll pick up maybe 6-7 dead robbers a day. 5 of them will be $100 bounties, naked scouts, and maybe you'll get a couple with a $1000 toolset. So even if nobody robs you, it'll take a week to make enough money to install a couple of powered trapdoors and some concrete walls.

That won't happen of course, because someone will come and find your safe in the meantime, and either rob you or dump their bounty in there to come and collect with an alt account. Or they will spend $6,000 on tools to come and brute force your house for $2000, because there's hardly anybody playing and those of us that are left like the fun of robbing, even if it's actually a negative return-on-investment for tools.

Multi-accounts probably drove a lot of people away, but unless you are happy to wait 24 hours just to buy a pair of powered doors, now it's the only way to grow. What kills the game more than multi-accounts is a lack of new players coming in.  The creator could change this if he wanted to by making it a pocket-money game, and there would be an influx of people trying it out, of which some would stay and some would not. He doesn't want to do this though.

Hope to see you in my house.

Re: Who all is still active

agree with pohaku.
Multi account user feel free to come rob me. I do not use my alt to feed my house. Once there is an established house on one of my accounts they operate independently of each other.

I'd have to disagree somewhat.  I'm currently sitting at the top (Donald David Johnson).  I do not have a second account and I have not pulled off any heists above 3k.
